FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CRAFT, DETAILS & WEAR GUIDE

What materials are used, and will they turn my skin green?

We pride ourselves on using heavy-duty, premium materials crafted for both aesthetic depth and daily resilience. Depending on the specific design, our pieces are forged from two primary metals:

1. 316L Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel (The Majority of Our Collection)

Built like armor. Our stainless steel pieces are 100% waterproof, sweatproof, and generally skin-friendly. They will never turn your skin green, rust, or tarnish—even if you wear them daily in the shower, pool, or gym.

2. Premium Silver-Plated Copper (Select Artisan & Relic Designs)

Certain intricate designs utilize a solid copper base generously plated in pure silver to achieve deep, antiqued detailing and exceptional texture. To maintain the crisp silver finish and prevent natural metal oxidation from reacting with skin oils, we recommend keeping these select pieces dry, avoiding harsh chemicals, and wiping them down after wear.

*Note: You can always find the exact material specification listed in the details section of each individual product page.

What are your earring posts made of? Are they suitable for sensitive ears?

All VALRSOUL earring posts are made from either 316L stainless steel or 925 sterling silver. Both are selected for their skin-friendly qualities and comfortable everyday wear in healed ear piercings.

316L Stainless Steel Posts

Durable and corrosion-resistant, 316L stainless steel is generally well tolerated and is a comfortable everyday option for many wearers.

925 Sterling Silver Posts

Made with 92.5% silver, our sterling silver posts offer a skin-friendly option for comfortable wear in healed ear piercings.

*Please note: No metal is guaranteed to be allergy-free. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the specific product's post material before ordering. For new or healing piercings, follow your professional piercer's guidance.

Is this jewelry waterproof? Can I wear it daily in the shower or gym?

Whether your piece can brave the elements depends on the metal alloy forged for that specific design:

316L Stainless Steel: 100% Waterproof & Battle-Ready

Yes, wear it relentlessly. Our 316L stainless steel pieces are engineered for non-stop daily wear. You can wear them in the shower, pool, ocean, or during intense gym sessions. They are completely impervious to water, sweat, and humidity—and our molecular PVD shadow coatings will never rust, peel, or lose their dark edge.

Silver-Plated Copper (Relic & Artisan Series): Keep Dry

For our intricate relic designs sculpted from silver-plated copper alloy, we recommend treating them with added care. To preserve the antiqued silver patina and prevent moisture from reacting with the copper core over time, please remove these specific pieces before showering, swimming, or heavy workouts.

*Tip: Check the product details tab above to verify the exact material build of this specific artifact.

How do I choose the right size, and what if it doesn't fit?

Precision is paramount. We want your armor to fit like a second skin. Here is how to lock in your exact measurement—and our guarantee if you need a swap:

Step 1: Check Our Interactive Size Chart

Please consult the Size Guide tool located directly next to the size selection option near the top of this page for detailed, step-by-step measurements. Pro Tip: If you find yourself between sizes—especially for wider, heavy-duty bands—we generally recommend sizing up for peak comfort.

Step 2: 30-Day Hassle-Free Exchanges

Yes, we exchange sizes! Purchase with absolute confidence. If your piece doesn't sit perfectly when it arrives, we gladly accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our team, and we will get you sorted.

When will my order ship and arrive? How can I track it?

We ship globally to over 100 countries. Once your order leaves our studio—typically within 1–3 business days—you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.

🔍 Track Your Package 24/7

You can monitor your order's real-time journey at any time directly through our dedicated Order Tracking Page.

⏱️ Specific Regional Delivery Times

For exact estimated transit days to your specific region—such as the US, EU, Canada, or Australia—please reference the Shipping & Delivery tab directly below the “Add to Cart” button at the top of this page.

How do I clean and care for my jewelry to maintain its rugged finish?

VALRSOUL artifacts are built to withstand the test of time, but proper care ensures your armor retains its original dark edge and crisp detailing for years to come:

🛡️ 316L Stainless Steel: Effortless Maintenance

Our stainless steel pieces require virtually zero maintenance. If your piece accumulates skin oils, dust, or gym sweat, simply rinse it with warm water and mild dish soap, then thoroughly wipe it dry with a soft microfiber cloth. Never use harsh chemical jewelry cleaners or abrasive polishing cloths, as these can disrupt our signature molecular PVD shadow finishes.

✨ Silver-Plated Copper (Relic & Artisan Series): Gentle Care

To preserve the deep antiqued patina and pure silver plating on select relic designs, gently wipe the surface with a dry, soft cloth after wearing to remove sweat and oils. Avoid exposing these specific pieces to perfumes, colognes, chlorinated pool water, or chemical cleaning solutions.

*Storage Tip: When not conquering the day, store your pieces in a cool, dry place—ideally inside your original VALRSOUL jewelry pouch—to prevent friction and dust accumulation.
