I was really looking forward to this ring. I clearly ordered a Size 11 for my middle finger, but when I opened the package today, the label on the ring clearly says 'Size 9'. I tried it on my pinky but it's too loose, and it won't fit any other finger. The ring itself looks heavy and detailed, just like the pictures, which makes this even more frustrating because I can't wear it. I emailed support but haven't heard back yet. Please fix this.
